Class

Select from the following list:

Ancillary Equipment is items such as Microwaves, Condiment stands etc. They do not vend product and cannot be scheduled. The purpose of entering them in the system is to keep track of where each item is.

Bill Changers can be scheduled and have cash collections allocated to them, but this cash can be separated out in selected reports. Although cash is allocated to the Service Cards, no product Sales are carried through to the Sales reporting.

ORS Equipment is items of Office Refreshment Services that do not vend products but may be rented out to an Account eg coffee makers, water coolers etc.

Vending Equipment includes all vending machines that vend product, have cash collected and are scheduled.

Selection Matrix

This is a representation of the how the keypad selection and motor interfacing is reported in the DEX reports that are either read from the handheld or remote monitoring units. All pre-populated Asset Models are correct and shroud not be changed. Contact VendSys Support when adding new models to ensure the correct matrix x is being used.

This matrix also controls the parameters of the Asset Plannogram forms and ensures that Plannogram structures will not be in conflict with subsequent DEX reports.
